How does payment work?
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date and time in my calendar. The final payment is due the day before your session.
What do we wear to our session?
I am a light and airy photographer, so it is best to stick to clothing that is light and neutral in color. Simple and minimal patterns help to keep the colors calm and give the light and airy feel. Try to avoid dark or vivid colors and patterns for your session.
What if my location is more than 25 miles?
I offer the first 25 miles at no cost to you. Every mile over the first 25 miles will be $1 per mile charge to cover my gas and time for travel.
What is your turn around for sneaks?
My turn around for sneaks is typically 24-48 hours. During the busy seasons, it can be closer to a week.
Can I pay a rush fee to get my pictures back sooner?
Yes, you can pay a rush fee of $150 to get your gallery of pictures within 24-48 hours.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
I understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. My editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks, depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. I prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
What happens if the weather is cloudy or rainy on the day of an outdoor shoot?
If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss rescheduling to another day that fits our schedule, or the option to shoot indoors is available. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and I am flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.
Can I book a session without knowing what date I need?
Yes, I know booking far in advance can be difficult, especially for expecting mamas. When you pay your deposit to book your session, I will ask you to choose any date that could "potentially" work. That is with understanding that the date will more than likely change, and we can work around rescheduling closer to your session date.
What if I want more pictures than what comes with my package?
I am an overshooter. I take so many pictures trying to capture the best of the best shots. I typically send well over the amount of pictures that is offered in your package. You will be given a certain amount of downloads and you have the option to choose which images you want to download. BUT don't worry, I will give you the option to purchase more or even all of the downloads if you wish!
